Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Data Solution Architect to join our Data & AI Center, designing scalable data platforms for international clients using Azure, AWS, Databricks or Snowflake. You will translate business needs into robust data solutions and collaborate with analysts and developers to deliver high-impact results.

In this role you will support bidding and estimation, supervise technical work, and guide the development of data lakes and warehouses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data platform architecture, client engagement, requirements gathering, and designing analytical solutions on cloud platforms, plus implementing and optimizing Data Lakes and data warehouses using Kimball or Data Vault.
• Expert knowledge in at least one cloud technology within the Data Platform area: Azure, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Ability to take a holistic view of data and processes and align with strategic business goals.
• Effective combination of technical perspective with business knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team.
• Fluent communication in Polish and English.

• Selecting tools and technologies (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake) based on client requirements.
• Supporting bidding, estimation, and technical supervision of project work.
