Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Data Solution Architect to join the Data & AI Center in Poznań. You will design, implement, and optimize scalable data platforms for international clients, selecting Azure, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake based on project needs.

You will support bidding and estimation, supervise technical work, and partner with analysts and developers to translate business requirements into robust data solutions. Polish and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of data platform architecture experience, including client engagement and requirements gathering.
• Experience designing analytical solutions on cloud platforms and building/optimizing Data Lakes and data warehouses (Kimball or Data Vault).
• Excellent Polish and English communication; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize modern, scalable data platforms.
• Select tools/technologies (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake) based on client needs.
