Job summary

UPM is seeking an Architect, IT Data and Digital Enablement to join the newly formed Data and Digital Enablement (DDE) team in UPM Business Hub Poland in Wroclaw.

You will bridge business needs with technology, translating challenges into scalable data and digital solutions using Snowflake, dbt, and Azure.

The role involves collaboration with business stakeholders and delivery teams, with a hybrid work model in Wroclaw and clear opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working with data and digital solutions.
• Hands-on experience on Snowflake, dbt and Azure.
• Knowledge of analytics tools, e.g. Power BI is a benefit.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good at networking and collaborating.

• As a Solution Architect, you will help our Business Hub turn ideas into impactful data and digital solutions.
• You will work hands-on with business stakeholders from early ideation through solution design and implementation.
• Leverage our Common Data Platform, analytics tools, and Azure cloud services.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and data engineers throughout the lifecycle.
• Act as a Solution Architect throughout delivery, supporting teams and partners.

In this role, you will As a Solution Architect, you will help our Business Hub turn ideas into impactful data and digital solutions.

You will work hands-on with business stakeholders from early ideation through solution design and implementation, leveraging our Common Data Platform, analytics tools, and Azure cloud services.

Your role bridges business needs and technology. You will translate concrete business challenges into scalable, secure, and value-creating data and digital solutions.

Work closely with business stakeholders to co-create and shape ideas into feasible data and digital solutions. Facilitate early discussions around use cases, value potential, and relevant technology options.

Act as a Solution Architect throughout delivery, supporting implementation teams and partners while promoting best practices and ensuring alignment with architectural guidance and compliance requirements.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and data engineers throughout the solution lifecycle.

Who you are

• You have 7+ years’ experience working with data and digital solutions
• Hands-on experience on Snowflake, dbt and Azure.
• Knowledge of analytics tools, e.g. Power BI is a benefit.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You are good at networking and collaborating.
• You have consultative mindset; you are good listener and can challenge others when necessary.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
