Job summary

Data4 seeks an experienced H&S leader to implement and manage the Construction, Fit Out and Ops H&S programs across sites, fostering a strong H&S culture in Poland. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements and Data4 safety objectives.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, audits, and the ISO 45001 framework, with a focus on continuous improvement and strong reporting to various teams, including HR for trainings and PPE management.

Qualifications

• Engineer profile or equivalent Bac +5 with H&S focus.
• H&S training and hands-on experience in industrial environments.
• Excellent command of English and strong reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Governance: implement and manage local H&S policy and programs, coordinate stakeholders, and report to Group H&S Manager.
• Field: lead H&S awareness actions, conduct risk analyses for High-Risk Activities, perform field audits and implement corrective actions.
• Administrative: maintain IMS per ISO 45001, manage H&S KPIs, budgets, and trainings; coordinate with HR on H&S training.
