Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Warszawa seeks a Program Management Associate to design and build user-facing analytics tools that drive business value. You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage multiple work streams, and mentor others in Agile settings.

You will leverage SQL, Excel, ETL concepts, and data modeling to deliver impactful dashboards and reports, supporting data-driven decision making across the Core Services Team.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in user-facing product ownership within financial services or regulatory reporting.
• Proven ability to design and build user-centric data analytics tools managing large data volumes.
• Proficiency in desktop tools (Excel) and SQL querying for technical and business analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex projects, influencing decision-making across teams.
• In-depth knowledge of data and business intelligence concepts, including ETL, Data Modeling, and Reporting Automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
