Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Program Management Associate for the Core Services Team to design and build user-facing analytics tools that drive business value. You will partner with cross-functional teams and manage multiple work streams to deliver impactful data products and insights.

You will work with SQL, Excel, and tools like Alteryx to automate reporting, dashboards, and data models while championing Agile practices and mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience in user-facing product ownership within financial services or regulatory reporting.
• Proven ability to design and build user-centric data analytics tools managing large data volumes.
• Proficiency in desktop tools (Excel) and SQL querying for technical and business analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex projects, influencing decision-making across teams.
• In-depth knowledge of data and business intelligence concepts, including ETL, Data Modeling, and Reporting Automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to assimilate business and technical knowledge quickly and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented and highly responsible, integrating technical and business insights.
