Procter & Gamble in Warsaw is looking for a motivated candidate to support the delivery of BI reporting solutions. You will collaborate with experienced analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reports and dashboards.

You will learn enterprise data modeling, governance, and BI best practices while contributing to Power BI solutions and gaining exposure to global teams and cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on or academic experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Understanding of Power BI components (Power Query, DAX, datasets, reports).
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts (tables, relationships, star schema basics).
• SQL knowledge and basic governance familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into report requirements, KPIs, and user stories.
• Assist in building Power BI reports and dashboards following design standards and templates.
• Support semantic modeling by helping define measures, calculations, and data relationships.
• Collaborate with data engineers to understand data sources and validate data structures.
