Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related analytical discipline.
• 4+ years of full-time experience in finance, risk, data analysis or related analytical role.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills with experience handling structured data.
• Familiarity with Python and data visualization or dashboard development.
• Ability to explain technical analysis to non-technical stakeholders and document findings.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of capital analytics models.
• Work with large datasets to uncover business insights.
• Build prototypes and workflows to improve capital reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Translate requirements into data definitions, calculations, controls, and user experiences.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate coding and analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Controllers, Risk, and Capital teams to gather requirements and communicate results.
• Contribute to documentation, testing, reconciliation, and process improvement.
