Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Warsaw seeks a Data Access Management Analyst to safeguard confidential data and ensure control-driven audit readiness. You will handle access requests, recertifications, removals, and stakeholder support in a high-volume, controlled environment.

You will use SQL, Alteryx, Snowflake, and Excel to deliver accurate reporting, perform data-quality checks, and help automate recurring tasks while collaborating with business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, data analytics, data science, information systems, technology, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in banking or financial services operations, risk, or governance-focused work
• Working knowledge of identity and access management concepts (access controls, entitlement management, access certification, timely access removal)
• Understanding of operational and technology risk, including controlled processing, auditability, and evidence retention
• Ability to execute recurring operational activities accurately and on time in a structured control environment

Responsibilities

• Execute daily access governance activities and audit support
• Support periodic access recertification activities and follow timelines
• Review entitlement eligibility and scope; elevate exceptions
• Prioritize and deliver high-volume workload based on deadlines, risk, and impact
• Analyze access-management data using SQL, Alteryx, Snowflake, and Excel for reporting
• Perform data-quality checks and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain runbooks and evidence packs for audits and regulator requests
• Partner with technology teams and data owners for data sourcing and system updates
• Improve operational processes through documentation and workflow enhancements
