Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Owner in Warsaw to lead data management, controls, analytics, and reporting initiatives within the Business Architecture Core Services Team.

You will drive a prioritized backlog in an Agile setting, shaping the roadmap to maximize value for internal and external reporting and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You will collaborate with users and technology teams, bridging business needs with technical design, and guiding the SDLC from requirements

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in user-facing product ownership within financial services/regulatory reporting.
• Proven track record designing and building user-centric data analytics tools across large data volumes.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in desktop tools (Excel) and data interaction, including SQL querying.
• Leadership in complex projects with collaboration and influence to drive decisions.
• Deep knowledge of data/BI concepts: ETL, Data Modeling, Reporting Automation.

• Navigate the full SDLC lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
