G2A.COM is seeking a Data Analyst to own analytical topics end to end, from problem definition to actionable recommendations. You will work hands-on with SQL, Python, experimentation techniques, and Tableau to turn insights into measurable impact.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, define hypotheses and success metrics, and drive data-driven decisions that improve e-commerce performance and user experience. This hybrid role offers flexible work and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical datasets.
• Hands-on with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Good statistical thinking and ability to translate data into business insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analytical topics end to end—from problem definition to actionable recommendations.
• Support decision-making through experiments and data validation, including hypotheses and success metrics.
• Analyze business performance and user behavior to identify trends and risks.
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate why data matters into measurable actions.
• Define and monitor key business and product metrics.
• Improve and automate reporting processes where sensible.
• Ensure data quality and apply statistical thinking in real contexts.
