Job summary

G2A.COM is seeking a Data Analyst to own analytical topics end to end, from problem understanding to delivering actionable recommendations that influence key business decisions.

You will work hands-on with data, leveraging SQL and Python, experimentation, and data visualization to turn insights into measurable impact. You’ll drive ownership, collaborate with stakeholders, and help translate insights into real product and business changes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role.
• Proficient with SQL and data analysis workflows.
• Experience with Python for data analysis.
• Hands-on with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau).
• Strong understanding of statistics and analytical thinking.
• Ability to lead analytical topics with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical topics end to end—from problem definition to actionable recommendations.
• Support decision-making through experiments and data validation, including hypotheses and success metrics.
• Analyze business performance and user behavior to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data insights into measurable changes.
• Define, monitor, and improve key business and product metrics.
• Automate reporting processes where appropriate; ensure data quality.
