Job summary

SOFTSWISS is expanding its analytics team and is looking for a Data Analyst to help gain full visibility into the performance of our products. You will analyze product and business metrics, study user behaviour across the customer journey, and uncover root causes behind performance changes.

Your insights will support better product and business decisions. You will work with SQL and BI tools to prepare data, build reporting, investigate anomalies, and provide ad-hoc analytical support to

Qualifications

3+ years as a Data Analyst / Product Analyst / Operations Analyst.
Fluent Russian (spoken and written).
English B2 level (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Analyse key product and business metrics including user activity, retention, conversion, and revenue KPIs.
Study user behaviour across the customer journey with cohort, funnel, and lifecycle analysis.
Extract, join and prepare data using SQL.
Build and maintain BI dashboards (Tableau) for product and management needs.
Investigate anomalies and diagnose root causes.
Run ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decisions and ensure data quality.
