Job summary

Seargin is seeking a data and IT service operations professional to support daily IT service operations and automate improvements. You will analyze operational data, run SQL queries, and help ensure data quality while collaborating with internal and external teams.

The role emphasizes IT service management, strong communication in English, and experience with Power BI and ITIL-informed processes. A stable international environment and engaging projects are offered under a B2B contract.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT services or operational processes within agreed service levels and timelines.
• Working knowledge of SQL for queries, scripts, and validation of data completeness and accuracy.
• Programming or scripting skills supporting automation and continuous improvement, preferably Python.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT service operations and operational processes.
• Analyse and validate operational data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality.
• Use SQL queries and scripts to investigate data-related issues and validate information.
• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives using Python and other scripting tools.
• Investigate operational issues and make sound technical or process decisions.
• Monitor and report on service performance, operational controls, and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, quality, and user experience.
• Prepare reports and presentations, communicate findings, and collaborate with internal and external teams.
