Job summary

Roche Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks a Data Advisory & Insights Specialist in Strategy & Governance to translate complex datasets into executive insights and enable evidence-based decisions. You will drive dashboards, governance, and cross-functional data alignment across RDT DIA.

You will partner with R&D, Quality & Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver auditable, scalable metrics and value-driven analytics in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Advisory, Analytics, or BI translating complex IT or portfolio data into executive recommendations in life sciences or healthcare.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into analytical problems and deliver data-driven insights.
• Experience liaising between data teams and business functions to inform strategy and operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern enterprise KPI frameworks and executive scorecards across RDT DIA.
• Replace manual status tracking with automated, platform-native telemetry for real-time visibility.
• Serve as trusted data advisor to the Leadership Team and functional leads with clear visualization.
