Roche Polska Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is seeking an AI Integration Architect - RDT Data Platforms to lead enterprise integration and AI strategy. You will bridge enterprise integration infrastructure with modern AI capabilities, focusing on MCP/A2A, APIs, and real-time data streaming to surface datasets for intelligent systems.

The role offers a hybrid work model with in-office presence roughly two days per week, teamwork with Data & AI streams, and mentoring across engineering and product teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as an Integration Architect/SME with enterprise platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow, SAP S/4HANA, Workday, Snowflake, and Veeva.
• Knowledge of MCP, A2A, agentic AI, Skills; RAG and vector search beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Formulate enterprise architecture strategy for APIs, events, and agent protocols.
• Define reference architectures and design standards for Skills, Agentic AI, and event-driven AI workflows.
• Design, standardize MCP servers and client architectures with secure access for AI agents.
• Build PoCs to validate agentic integration patterns and RAG architectures.
