WW Talents in Greece is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers on international projects. This fully remote role is based in Greece, with a schedule Monday–Friday and occasional weekend shifts.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with orders, payments, deliveries, and returns, and document interactions in the CRM. Fluent Danish (C1/C2) and strong English (B2-C1) are required, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Danish language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level, depending on project.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Job description

We are looking for Danish-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.

Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.

Work Model: Remote

Language: Danish – C1/C2 level

English: B2–C1, depending on the project

Compensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the project

Relocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee

Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
