Job summary

WW Talents is hiring Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. This fully remote role in Greece includes structured training, onboarding, and clear progression paths.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, assist with orders, payments, deliveries and returns, and maintain CRM records. Relocation support is provided; compensation is €1,300 gross/month paid over 14 months, plus up to 20% performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Norwegian at C1/C2 level required.
• English at B2–C1 level depending on project.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

We are looking for Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.Work Model: RemoteLanguage: Norwegian – C1/C2 levelEnglish: B2–C1, depending on the projectCompensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the projectRelocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency feeWorking Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece.
