WW Talents in Greece is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects. This remote role is fully work-from-home within Greece, offering a structured training program and onboarding support.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, assist with orders, payments, deliveries and returns, and escalate complex cases as needed. Excellent Danish and English communication are essential in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Job description

We are looking for Danish-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.

Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.

Work Model: Remote

Language: Danish – C1/C2 level

English: B2–C1, depending on the project

Compensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the project

Relocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee

Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
