The role is a fixed-term position until 31 December 2027, located in Gdańsk, Poland, with responsibilities spanning data validation, booking data checks, and safety information consolidation prior to vessel arrival.

Qualifications

• Experience with dangerous goods data validation and booking data workflows.
• Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and coordinate DG information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dangerous goods data validation and booking data with DG coordinators and stakeholders.
• Consolidate safety-related DG information prior to vessel arrival.
• Collaborate with the Knowledge Center in Gdańsk to develop and deploy data validation processes.

Dangerous Goods Validation Team of experienced DG Coordinators take care of timelyValidation of DG Booking Data, Communication with all relevantstakeholders and Consolidation of all Safety related DGinformation well before arrival of the vessel. SophisticatedDatabases and ourinhouseDG Catalogue, latest EDI standardsand RPA solutions assist in this task.

The DG Validation Team is a key factor in ensuring Safety onboard of the vessels. We are handling globallyallthe servicesaround the world.

We are looking for Coordinator at Dangerous Goods Department, who will work with us in our Knowledge Center in Gdansk. You will be working side by side with experts in a modern office space - innovating and developing state-of-the-art technology solutions that will enable us to connect the world across the oceans even faster in the future.
