Job summary

V.Group, based in Gdynia, Poland, is seeking a Crew Coordinator to manage seafarer mobilization processes, coordinate with training centres and medical providers, and contact seafarers throughout mobilization.

The role requires strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and schedules for joining crews.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or a Bachelor’s/College Degree.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Good computer operating skills including word processing and spreadsheet experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely processing of visa and other joining formalities.
• Ensures pre-joining documents are complete and verified as genuine.
• Arranges training enrollments and medical examinations.
• Maintains contact with personnel during leave and mobilization.
• Maintains accurate records in ShipSure Crewing and uploads documents as required.
• Responsible for processing flag state document applications and control procedures.
• Provides administrative assistance to the Crew Cell.
• Performs other duties as directed by the Crew Supply Manager.
