Sii Poland is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Business Services Competence Center. You will actively acquire clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, promoting services in AP/AR, Business Operations, and HR.

In this role you will build strong client relationships, prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and drive growth through presales collaboration with delivery teams and marketing. Fluent German and English are essential; residence in Poland is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B service sales as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager.
• Fluent German for DACH region client cooperation – mandatory.
• Very good command of English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to prepare offers and presentations.
• Dynamic, independent, goal‑driven with proactive attitude and relationship building.
• Fluent Polish; residence in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Active acquisition of new clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Generate sales leads and develop the sales pipeline.
• Promote and sell Business Services (AP/AR, Business Operations, HR).
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate, finalize contracts, and handle inquiries.
• Build and develop long-term client relationships; ensure high-quality service.
• Collaborate with marketing on sales initiatives and events.
• Support business development by presales and working with delivery teams.
• Align with Sii’s mission, goals, and values.
