Sii Poland is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Business Services Competence Center to grow services in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will focus on acquiring clients, building relationships and meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key tasks include generating leads, preparing offers, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to ensure top-notch service. The role requires 3+ years in B2B sales, fluent German and English, strong communication, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B service sales experience.
• Fluent German for interaction with DACH clients.
• Very good command of English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prepare offers and business presentations.
• Proactive, independent, goal-oriented with strong relationship-building.
• Fluent Polish; residence in Poland.
• Experience selling Business Services, BPO/SSC/GBS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Active acquisition of new clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Generating sales leads and developing the sales pipeline.
• Promoting and selling Business Services, especially AP/AR, Business Operations, HR services.
• Preparing commercial offers, conducting negotiations, finalizing contracts, and handling client inquiries.
• Building and developing long-term client relationships and ensuring high-quality service at every stage.
• Collaborating with the marketing department on sales initiatives and events (conferences, workshops, webinars).
• Supporting business development by participating in presales processes and closely cooperating with delivery teams and CC Business Services experts.
• Acting in accordance with Sii’s mission, business goals, and core values.
