Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Associate Business Manager for the Łódź office to drive B2B sales, lead a client-focused team of engineers, and recruit IT professionals. You will build long-term relationships with local and international clients across banking, retail, logistics, healthcare, and Hi-Tech sectors, while coordinating offers, contracts, and pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Higher education degree, preferably in IT or Business.
• Experience collaborating with international companies.
• Strong independence and professionalism with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Initiative, creativity, a can-do attitude, and goal orientation.
• Experience in sales prospecting and market analysis for sales strategy.
• Outstanding self-motivation and negotiation skills in English.
• Advanced level of Polish.
• Willingness to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Selling the full range of services to existing customers and acquiring new clients
• Managing a team of Sii Engineers dedicated to your clients
• Recruiting IT engineers to support client needs
• Building and nurturing relationships with current clients while providing exceptional daily customer service
• Preparing offers and presentations for clients
• Collaborating with Sii Competency Centers and the Recruitment Department to implement new services for clients
• Coordinating the entire sales process, including contract negotiations
• Actively participating in pre-sales processes when preparing and selling solutions to clients
