Job summary

Corston Architectural Detail in Poland is seeking a Czech-speaking Customer Service Representative to support Czech market customers from enquiry to order fulfilment, documentation and after-sales support. You will be the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate information and timely processing.

Qualifications

Fluent or native Czech required.
Very good English proficiency (B2+).
Experience in customer service, sales, e-commerce or B2B is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide professional customer service to Czech market customers via phone and email.
Provide accurate product information and help customers select suitable solutions.
Process and monitor orders placed through online store and B2B platforms.
Keep customers informed about payments, availability, shipping and fulfilment.
Record and update customer cases in the CRM system with accuracy.
Issue VAT invoices, pro forma invoices, credit notes and other documents in ERP.
