Job summary

LevelBlue, LLC. is seeking a Cybersecurity Proposal & Compliance Analyst in Warsaw to join our Center of Excellence and support our global sales team.

You will manage RFPs, due-diligence requests, and visual proposal content to build trust with enterprise customers through accurate, compliant responses. You will collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Legal, and Security (GRC) teams to deliver high-quality, consistent responses that meet customer requirements and present clearly across

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and proposal tools; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Respond to RFP/RFX questions and coordinate responses from kickoff to submission.
• Interpret client requirements, ensure compliance, and coordinate SME contributions.
• Maintain high proposal quality, formatting, and consistency with internal standards.
• Maintain knowledge base, proposal repositories, and reusable response library.
• Prepare proposal materials and customer presentations with polished visuals.
• Complete customer security and compliance questionnaires.
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to validate responses.
• Update the due-diligence knowledge repository and track trends.
