ALTEN Polska is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on Vulnerability Management, Backup & Recovery, and Disaster Recovery Governance. The role entails coordinating across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Applications teams while driving delivery and governance at scale.

Offering a remote-friendly, full-time position in Poland with opportunities to work across ALTEN Polska branches and future projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience in Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, or IT governance.
• Proven leadership of Vulnerability Management initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Backup & Recovery and Disaster Recovery programs.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with critical systems.
• Solid budgeting, governance, risk management, and executive reporting experience.
• Ability to drive delivery and challenge stakeholders when needed.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, especially AWS.
• Exposure to regulated environments in large global organizations.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives including Vulnerability Management and Recovery Governance.
• Own project planning, budgets, timelines, governance, and reporting.
• Coordinate activities across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, App teams, and business units.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, remediation plans, and milestones.
• Support governance reviews for Backup, Recovery, and Disaster Recovery readiness.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, service managers, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery on time, scope, and budget.
