Job summary

Citi ищет ведущего инженера по кибербезопасности для управления дизайном и развертыванием инфраструктуры. Вы будете работать с командой технологий над безопасностью облаков, сетевыми и аппаратными решениями, а также наставлять коллег по инженерингу.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в кибербезопасности или ИТ-инфраструктуре на крупном предприятии.
• Доказанный опыт руководства или старшей инженерной ролью в трансформационных проектах.

• Глубокие знания по кибербезопасности, облачной безопасности, фаерволам.
• Знание стандартов безопасности и соответствия требованиям регуляторов.

Responsibilities

• Сотрудничать с CISO и CTI для реализации крупных программ трансформации.
• Разрабатывать и внедрять контроль безопасности (микросегментация, сетевые решения).
• Разрабатывать автоматизационные скрипты на Python/Shell.
• Оказывать наставничество младшим инженерам и обеспечивать техническое направление.
• Обеспечивать соблюдение законов и внутренних политик, управлять рисками.

Описание

As a Lead Cyber Security Engineer, you will drive the design, acquisition, and deployment of hardware, software, and network infrastructure in close coordination with the broader Technology team. Your primary objective is to ensure that existing and planned security frameworks meet the highest quality and compliance standards.

• Partner with Transformation Program Directors, Senior Architects, Steering Committees, CISO, and CTI partners to successfully deliver complex, enterprise-wide transformational programs.
• Collaborate with Citi's Cyber Security Lab, Architecture, and Engineering teams to design, deploy, and maintain robust VMWare vDefend Security Controls and micro-segmentation solutions.
• Interface with and support Citi's Security Architecture Council and Working Groups, building strong rapport and alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Support Citi's adoption of the cloud continuum and holistic digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop automation scripts (using Python, Shell, etc.) to streamline repetitive operational tasks, including software installations/upgrades, database patching, OS patching, and server provisioning.
• Formulate comprehensive project plans, conduct thorough impact analyses, and troubleshoot high-impact, complex technical issues to ensure rapid service restoration.
• Review technical requirement documents, define hardware specifications, and continuously evaluate and optimize engineering processes and procedures.
• Provide technical and strategic guidance, acting as a mentor and coach to junior engineers while operating with high autonomy.
• Drive technical direction and strategic decision-making by designing, discussing, and implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues.
• Proactively assess risk during business decision-making, ensuring safeguarding of Citigroup's reputation, clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and internal policies.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, technology infrastructure, or IT engineering within a large-scale enterprise.
• Proven track record in leadership or senior engineering roles, successfully driving large-scale programs or technology transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with micro-segmentation and network segmentation technologies (e.g., Illumio, VMware vDefend, Zscaler, Palo Alto Networks).
• Deep technical knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, focusing on cloud security, firewalls, and network/macro/micro-segmentation.
• Thorough understanding of industry-standard security frameworks and corporate technology compliance standards.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under pressure in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
