Job summary

TE Connectivity in Kraków is seeking an experienced Manager Customer Supply Chain to lead a team that manages the supply chain expectations of premium customers. You will connect customer priorities with internal strategy, drive forecast collaboration, monitor KPIs, and communicate clearly across functions.

The role requires at least 5 years of people leadership, strong negotiation with B2B partners, and the ability to influence a complex matrix organization. APICS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people leadership experience in a customer-facing or supply chain leadership role.
• Proven experience negotiating with B2B customers and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong ability to translate data and insights into actionable business guidance for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team supporting strategic and premium customers.
• Govern customer logistics agreements and supply chain commitments.
• Drive customer forecast collaboration and improve forecast accuracy.
• Translate customer insights into potential sales forecast changes.
• Monitor customer supply chain KPIs and coordinate improvement actions.
• Represent Supply Chain in customer reviews, negotiations, escalations, and strategic discussions.
• Translate internal actions and risks into clear customer-facing supply chain messages.
• Influence cross-functional teams to align customer expectations with capabilities.
