Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Vendor Planning Leader for its Szczecin plant to lead a team of material planners and ensure uninterrupted supply for production. The role emphasizes collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize planning, purchasing, and inventory.

The position requires 3–5 years in material planning or operational purchasing, strong SAP ERP/MRP knowledge, and English & Polish at business level.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in material planning and/or operational purchasing.
• Manufacturing environment experience; automotive or industrial sector preferred.
• Previous team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, in particular MRP, purchasing, and material master data management.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the material planning team.
• Analyze material requirements against production and sales plans.
• Place and monitor purchase orders with suppliers.
• Manage material shortage risks and corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs such as OTD, OTIF, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Production Planning, Procurement, Customer Service and other functions.
• Drive process improvements in planning and purchasing.
