Job summary

Certifier is a B2B SaaS platform for digital credentials used by 2,000+ organisations. You will be the first Customer Solutions Specialist, joining the Customer Success team to handle complex implementations, SSO, API integrations, and custom configurations for enterprise accounts.

You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and support for larger customers, with a focus on hands-on technical setup and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

2–5 years of customer-facing experience in tech or B2B SaaS.
Fluent in professional English; strong written and verbal communication.
Customer-first, solution-oriented mindset with proactive approach.
Able to troubleshoot beyond configuration and dig into integrations.
Hands-on experience with integration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) and CRM tools (HubSpot, Intercom).

Responsibilities

Support onboarding and go-live for new and larger accounts.
Handle technical setup: SSO, API integrations, bulk data configuration, custom use cases.
Keep implementation on track by following up and ensuring pre-go-live readiness.
Assist strategic and enterprise customers on technical or security-heavy calls.
Respond to complex issues with deep technical digging and resolution.
Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to improve setup processes.
