Job summary

83zero is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to work remotely with Poland-based enterprise customers on a major cybersecurity programme. You will help customers onboard, implement and maximise adoption of security operations platforms, acting as a trusted technical advisor and SME.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Cortex XDR/XSOAR/XSIAM experience, strong SOC or Incident Response background, and familiarity with APIs, automation and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cortex XDR, Cortex XSOAR or Cortex XSIAM.
• Background in SOC, Incident Response or Security Operations.
• Knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, EDR and XDR technologies.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, implement and maximise adoption of the platform for enterprise customers.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert.
• Identify opportunities to improve security workflows and operational efficiency.
• Support integrations, APIs, automation and platform customisation.
• Develop customer success plans, adoption milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Run technical reviews and identify opportunities for further optimisation.
• Support scripting and automation where required.
