Job summary

Arche Consulting in Kraków is seeking an energetic account sales professional to develop strategies, upsell services, and support existing clients in optimizing advertising performance. You will build long-term relationships, reach daily KPIs, and collaborate with a cross-functional team in a flexible hybrid work model that combines office and home office.

Proficiency in Czech, Slovak, and English is required.

Qualifications

• Czech and Slovak language proficiency (B2+/C1) and English (B2) required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-focused mindset.
• At least 2 years in an international contact center.
• Solid knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office apps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently.
• Proactive attitude and adaptability to change.

• Solid knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
