Your responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with Finance Directors, Business Leaders and other key stakeholders across the region.
- Act as a strategic partner, translating business expectations into clear operational requirements for FSSC teams.
- Identify opportunities for value creation, operational excellence and service improvement.
- Provide recommendations based on financial and operational performance trends.
- Own the governance, monitoring and reporting of agreed FSSC performance metrics, ensuring transparency and alignment with business expectations.
- Analyze performance gaps, identify their root causes and support the implementation of improvement actions.
- Support finance transitions, migrations, process standardization and transformation initiatives.
- Promote the adoption of best practices, automation and digital solutions.
- Lead or support workshops focused on process optimization, operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with local and global functions to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.
- Support compliance with internal policies, controls and audit requirements, while helping identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Assess the impact of process improvements, including required investments and expected business benefits.
Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, including exposure to business partnering, performance management, controlling, FP&A or finance operations.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Knowledge English at a minimum C1 level
- Good understanding of finance processes, performance metrics and the ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence, coach and guide stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the confidence to challenge constructively, drive accountability and collaborate across functions and geographies.
- Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with independence, ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel, up to 25%.
Optional
- Knowledge of French/German
- Experience in a GBS, Shared Services or international finance environment.
- Exposure to finance transformation, change management, process improvement or project-based initiatives.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment across different countries or business units.
- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite or another ERP system.
