Job summary

Solenis Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 9-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on handling customer orders, inquiries, and complaints in a multilingual environment and coordinating with plants and logistics teams.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service or administration, strong English and German skills, and proficiency in SAP, Word and Excel. A collaborative, proactive team player is valued.

• Some professional experience in customer service or administration area; internships in logistics are welcome.
• Fluent English and German language skills required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, enter and manage customer orders from receipt to shipment and returns.
• Respond to routine customer inquiries concerning orders.
• Track status of orders and communicate issues and solutions with plants, warehouses and logistics providers.
• Enter and manage customer complaints in internal tools and track status of complaints.

The Customer Service Representative is a key contact for complex customer needs, providing expert support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. (9 Month Fixed - Term Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, enter and manage customer orders from order receipt to shipment of product and any returns;
• Respond to routine customer enquiries concerning orders
• Track the status of orders in the report and communicate issues and solutions; cooperation with our plants in Europe and external warehouses; cooperation with our logistics provider
• Receive, enter and manage customers’ complaints in internal claims’ tool;
• track the status of complaints in the report;
• Proactive work to solve customers’ complaints; cooperation with our transport providers, logistics department, credit and collection, sales team and others;
• Giving feedback to customers regarding the status of complaints

Requirements

• Some professional experience in customer service or administration area, candidates after internships within logistic area are also very welcomed
• Fluent English, communicative German
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Team player with creativity, engagement high level of multitasking skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP (will be an advantage)
