Solenis is a leading global producer of specialty chemicals with a 9 month fixed-term contract for a Customer Service Representative in Warsaw, Poland. The role focuses on handling orders, responding to inquiries, tracking orders, and processing complaints, requiring English and German language skills in a multicultural environment.

Excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and knowledge of SAP, Word, and Excel are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Some professional experience in customer service or administration area, candidates after internships within logistic area are also very welcomed
• Fluent English, communicative German
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Team player with creativity, engagement high level of multitasking skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP (will be an advantage)

Responsibilities

• Receive, enter and manage customer orders from order receipt to shipment of product and any returns
• Respond to routine customer enquiries concerning orders
• Track the status of orders in the report and communicate issues and solutions; cooperation with our plants in Europe and external warehouses; cooperation with our logistics provider
• Receive, enter and manage customers' complaints in internal claims' tool
• track the status of complaints in the report
• Proactive work to solve customers' complaints; cooperation with our transport providers, logistics department, credit and collection, sales team and others
• Giving feedback to customers regarding the status of complaints
