Job summary

Awin is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to create high-quality educational content for advertisers using our Platform Services propositions and to support the growth of affiliate programmes and GP unlocks.

You will develop guides, training videos, webinars, and email lifecycles while partnering with the Customer Experience Team Leader to maximise advertiser potential across Self-Service and Essentials. This role involves cross-team collaboration and ongoing initiative support.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in affiliate marketing.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content such as how-to guides, articles, videos, webinars, and email lifecycles.
• Present content to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead or support short-term projects to drive GP growth for Platform Services advertisers.
• Plan and host webinars on strategic themes and seasonal planning.
• Collaborate with onboarding, customer support, marketing, product, and UX teams.
• Deliver Random Acts of Kindness (RAOKs) to top advertisers.
• Perform QA to ensure branding and tone of voice across materials.
