Job summary

Awin Global in Warszawa is seeking an entry-level AdOps Specialist to support Client Services and assist in delivering advertising program services. This role offers a first step into the affiliate marketing industry and exposure to a wide range of sectors by leveraging the Awin network.

As an entry-level position, you will collaborate with CS teams, learn campaign operations, and help maintain high-quality client service while developing essential industry knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Services teams and assist with deliverables for advertiser programs.
• Assist with data extraction, reporting, and interpretation for CS.
• Produce occasional gap analyses and help recruit affiliates onto programs.
• Monitor affiliate performance and conduct basic program audits for compliance.
• Conduct ad-hoc account health checks and benchmarking requests.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and escalate issues as needed.

Purpose of Position

AdOps Specialists provide operational support to Client Services (CS) teams and are focused on supporting the delivery of our service packages. It is an entry-level position which provides an ideal first step into the affiliate marketing industry. AdOps Specialists work across a wide range of sectors and industries by leveraging our award-winning Awin network.

AdOps Specialists provide operational support to Client Services (CS) teams and are focused on supporting the delivery of our service packages. It is an entry-level position which provides an ideal first step into the affiliate marketing industry. An ideal first step into the industry, the role will help you understand what goes into creating a leading affiliate program and how Awin helps facilitate that. Awinners will have the opportunity to apply for other departmental roles within the business (if experience, suitability, skillset and location requirements are met).

Key Tasks

Work alongside the CS team to provide support to some of the network's largest clients in line with some of the following tasks:

• Upload offers and creatives to advertiser programs and assist with communicating details to publisher partners.


• Assist with producing regular reports, extracting, and manipulating data for interpretation by CS teams.


• Produce gap analysis reports and recruit affiliates onto programs in collaboration with account management and publisher teams.


• Perform program audits and monitor affiliate performance to ensure network compliance.


• Conduct ad-hoc account health checks, competitor benchmarking and other requests.


• Take a proactive approach with assigned projects and cases, escalating issues to the appropriate team member/level when necessary.

Skills & Expertise

• Fluent in English and Polish - you will need to communicate with internal staff and external clients on a daily basis.
