You will upload offers and creatives, produce regular reports, and help recruit affiliates, all while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Job description

Purpose of Position

AdOps Specialists provide operational support to Client Services (CS) teams and are focused on supporting the delivery of our service packages. It is an entry-level position which provides an ideal first step into the affiliate marketing industry. AdOps Specialists work across a wide range of sectors and industries by leveraging our award-winning Awin network.

An ideal first step into the industry, the role will help you understand what goes into creating a leading affiliate program and how Awin helps facilitate that. Awinners will have the opportunity to apply for other departmental roles within the business (if experience, suitability, skillset and location requirements are met).

Key Tasks

Work alongside the CS team to provide support to some of the network's largest clients in line with some of the following tasks:

• Upload offers and creatives to advertiser programs and assist with communicating details to publisher partners.
• Assist with producing regular reports, extracting, and manipulating data for interpretation by CS teams.
• Produce gap analysis reports and recruit affiliates onto programs in collaboration with account management and publisher teams.
• Perform program audits and monitor affiliate performance to ensure network compliance.
• Conduct ad-hoc account health checks, competitor benchmarking and other requests.
• Take a proactive approach with assigned projects and cases, escalating issues to the appropriate team member/level when necessary.

Skills & Expertise
