Job summary

Matrix42 AG is hiring for junior consultants and consultants to assist in a customer help center for public institutions in Lublin. Positions are available either hybrid or on-site, starting June 2026.

The ideal candidates must have at least two years of customer service experience and proficiency in Polish (C1) and English (B2). Benefits include paid training, private medical care, and a salary that increases with experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Polish language skill at C1 level is essential.
• English language skill at B2 level is essential.
• No criminal record is required.
• Willing to learn about entrepreneurs' law.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions regarding economic activity rules in Poland.
• Provide tech support for Ministry's website via phone and livechat.
