Job summary

State Street Corporation in Poland is seeking a Data Steward (VP) to manage reference data governance, data quality, testing and key metrics. The role involves owning data dictionaries, metadata in the Data Catalog, and supporting regulatory reporting with cross-functional partners.

You will partner with business owners to ensure data lineage and controls are documented, and help modernize the MDM framework while operating in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance and reference data management.
• Strong knowledge of Collibra and data catalogs.
• Minimum three days per week in office required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Data Steward for Enterprise Reference Data / Master Data Management applications.
• Maintain metadata in the Data Catalog and own the MDM Data Dictionary.
• Support regulatory reporting initiatives and assess data impacts for risk, operations and reporting.
• Drive data quality controls and resolve data quality issues with business partners.
