Job summary

nVent is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Associate to join our hybrid team. You will manage daily orders in ERP, maintain customer records, and create and register contracts across Sales units.

Join us to provide system support to the sales organization, gather supplier information, and implement changes to systems. English and German proficiency are required; adaptability and teamwork are valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process incoming orders in ERP daily while monitoring workload and deadlines
• Update ERP database with customer data and pricing, and track discounts
• Create and register contracts for all Sales units and keep status up to date
• Provide sales system support via email/Teams and handle helpdesk tickets
• Gather information for supplier registrations and create a retrievable database
• Request and implement changes to Sales systems as needed

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION

• Manage and process incoming orders in our ERP system on a daily basis, while keeping an eye on the workload and managing the deadlines
• Update the database in the ERP with new and existing customer data such as Customer Information, add and change of customer data, compliance screening Pricing Agreed discounts
• Create and register various contracts for all Sales units. But also keeping all contract information up to date and inform our Sales colleagues about the current status of an agreement of if changes occur
• Offer Sales system support to the sales organization. This includes answering questions per mail or on Teams as well as handling helpdesk tickets
• Gather information throughout the company to complete supplier registrations and questionnaires and creating a database on which this information is available for future requests
• Request and implement changes to systems for Sales

YOU HAVE

• MBO working and thinking level, obtained through education, internships, side projects or practical experience. We welcome starters, students and early-career professionals who are eager to learn and grow.
• Language skills: English and German, advanced level
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude
• Team-oriented and supportive in working with others
• Previous experience in an international and customer-oriented environment is a plus
• You are comfortable working with digital tools and systems, or eager to learn them quickly.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus, but not required — we value adaptability, curiosity and a willingness to learn new ways of working.

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.

Monthly Gross Compensation Range: zł6.241,70 - zł12.958,30 Per Month Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
