nVent is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and plant leadership at the Dzierżoniów site. You will address employee needs, support continuous improvement, and drive HR processes across the site.

You will serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies, lead onboarding, and support performance management while ensuring compliance with regulations. This on-site role offers growth within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll and employment regulations.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and leaders, providing guidance on HR policies and workplace issues.
• Forecast workforce needs with HR Manager and prioritize recruitment with the dedicated recruiter.
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Conduct workplace investigations with HR leadership as needed.
