nVent, a global leader in electrical connection and protection solutions, seeks an EHS Specialist in Poland. You will shape and strengthen our Environmental, Health & Safety culture, working with employees and leadership to make safety a core value across the organization.

You will drive improvements, coach teams, manage incident investigations, and ensure compliance with regulations while promoting engagement and growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Sincere interest in EHS, in the protection of people & environment and loss prevention.
• 3+ years work experience in the manufacturing environment.
• Strongly able to self manage with good initiative, able to plan & organize, resolve problems, handle pressure and have good working attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skill, ability to communicate and interact effectively with team members and people.
• Fluent Polish & English (both spoken & written).
• Computer skills: MS Excel, Power Point

Responsibilities

• Drive a proactive safety culture and lead continuous safety improvement initiatives.
• Coach and support employees and leaders on Environmental, Health & Safety matters.
• Manage the incident reporting process and lead investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Provide clear direction and support to achieve site EHS objectives.
• Monitor and report progress toward safety and environmental performance goals.
• Support Team Leaders and Shift Leaders in addressing EHS challenges and opportunities.
• Promote employee engagement and ownership of safety across all levels of the organization.
• Participate in and facilitate Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement events.
• Identify risks, implement preventive measures, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

As our EHS Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening our Environmental, Health & Safety culture. You will work closely with employees, supervisors, and leadership teams to ensure safety remains a core value throughout the organization. Pay Transparency

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.

Monthly Gross Compensation Range: zł7,833.30 - zł16,191.70 Per Month

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
