Job summary

BBH in Kraków is seeking a Client Service Supervisor Custody to ensure accurate, timely data delivery and act as escalation point for complex client issues. You will leverage custody knowledge and strong communication to support multiple duties in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–4 years of custody experience, a BS/BA, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate with Operations, Treasury and Markets teams to improve service levels.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• 3–4 years of Custody or related industry experience.
• Experience in a client servicing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field and respond to client inquiries and escalated issues.
• Coordinate client meetings and deliverables.
• Exhibit a sound understanding of BBH products and services.
• Work with Operations and Treasury and Markets to resolve inquiries and improve service levels.
• Serve as a key point of contact for external clients regarding daily servicing inquiries.
• Develop internal relationships to aid in the resolution of client issues.
