Job summary

Wakacje.pl seeks a highly organized Technology Operations Coordinator to act as the operational partner to our Group CTO and Leadership. You will own day-to-day logistics, from All-Hands and workshops to managing invoices and budgets, while also building real-time dashboards and executive reports using AI and Jira data.

In this role you will translate raw IT metrics into clear insights and professional presentations for the executive team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Operations, PMO Analytics, or executive/business support in IT.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) mandatory.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use AI tools to analyze metrics.

Responsibilities

• Group CTO Support & Department Operations: manage daily IT department logistics, meeting summaries, action tracking, events, invoices and budgets.
• Data Analytics, AI & Executive Reporting: build real-time dashboards, prepare management presentations and reports using Jira/Confluence and AI tools.
• Translate IT metrics into clear, professional reports and presentations for C-level management.
