Job summary

Wakacje.pl is seeking a highly organized Technology Enablement Coordinator in Gdańsk to act as the CTO’s strategic partner and oversee IT operations, analytics, and executive reporting. You will leverage Jira data to build dashboards and manage department logistics, including events and budgeting, in a fast-paced product environment.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate across engineering teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, PMO Analytics, IT Project Coordination, or as a highly analytical Executive/Business Assistant within an IT department.
• Product Company Background: Experience in a product-led company (internal products or SaaS) is preferred.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory in an international environment.
• Strong ability to analyze metrics, generate reports, and streamline daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic right-hand to the Group CTO, managing daily operational flow of the technology department.
• Capture summaries from executive meetings, maintain a centralized decision log, and track action points.
• Organize All-Hands meetings, technical workshops, and manage department budgets and invoices.
• Build real-time dashboards and executive reports using data from Jira and other systems.
