Job summary

HAVI Logistics Poland is seeking an experienced IT Team Lead to manage a technical team, drive SLA/KPI targets, and ensure continuous IT service delivery across projects. You will partner with client teams and internal stakeholders to define standards and implement scalable solutions.

The role requires strong Agile, DevOps, and cloud expertise, with fluency in Polish and English, and a background in IT or technical fields. Warsaw-based with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large technical teams (≥10 people).
• At least 2 years leading expert-level teams.
• Experience planning with Agile in an Atlassian environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Expert knowledge in Cloud, container platforms, or Infrastructure as Code.
• Hands-on knowledge of GitLab, GitOps, Confluence, and JIRA ITSM.
• DevOps experience and familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana).
• Fluency in Polish and English; ability to work with international partners.
• Higher education in IT or a technical field preferred.

Scope Of Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing technical teams (minimum 10 people)

• Experience in team planning using Agile methodology in an Atlassian environment


• Strong analytical and communication skills


• Expert knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Cloud, container platforms, Infrastructure as Code


• Practical knowledge of GitLab and GitOps, Confluence, JIRA ITSM


• Practical knowledge of DevOps


• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana


• Fluency in Polish and English, enabling effective work with documentation and international partners


• Higher education in IT or a technical field is preferred
