Job summary

Fundraise Up is seeking a Senior Engineering Operations/TPM to design and run the operating rhythm of our engineering organization across Europe and the US hours. You will own the leadership cadence, the OKR and QBR cycle, and ensure decisions are documented and tracked to closure.

This role emphasizes influence over authority, working across CTO, directors, and staff engineers, with English and Russian proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience running the operating system of an engineering organization (cadence, planning, follow-ups).
• Ability to translate complex inputs into concise decisions for executive audiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration with engineers, EMs, and directors.

Responsibilities

• Run the engineering leadership cadence with agenda, decisions, and follow-ups.
• Oversee quarterly OKR and QBR cycles and drive objective setting and reviews.
• Maintain a live record of leadership decisions and commitments and ensure closure.
• Identify and resolve ownerless cross-team work and bring it to a named owner.
• Coordinate cross-cutting initiatives and ensure proper hand-offs to responsible teams.
