Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a CSR communications and project coordination assistant to support our Corporate Social Responsibility team in Poland. You will help craft materials, support volunteering programs, and coordinate initiatives across internal stakeholders and external partners.

This role focuses on English and Polish communications, event organization, and day‑to‑day administration, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities to learn through training tracks and buddy programs.

Qualifications

• Interest in CSR and people-focused initiatives.
• Fluent English and Polish with strong attention to detail.
• Background in English/Polish philology, linguistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create communication materials for CSR projects (newsletter content, intranet posts, simple graphics).
• Support employee engagement initiatives through communication and project activities.
• Contribute to volunteering and educational initiatives across CSR pillars.
• Assist in planning and coordination of CSR projects and campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners (NGOs, schools).
• Support day-to-day team activities and administrative tasks (online/offline).
• Help ensure engaging communication across CSR initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to deliver projects aligned with CSR goals.
